Motherhood is such a mix of love and grief with each passing moment. Each milestone is a celebration, and a silent reminder that time is only moving forward. Capturing the moments in between is so important to not only preserve them for you, but to remind your babies of the endless love you have for them.
Parenthood is filled with irreplaceable moments that can slip away with time. I’m here to help you capture and keep them vivid.
I never loved being in front of the camera growing up, but I did always seem to have an interest in being behind it. I was constantly taking photos with my moms old Canon as a kid. I took a photography class the first chance I got in middle school. And I shot my first wedding as a freshman in high school (2016) thanks to a few kind souls who believed in my passion. I always knew that photos were important, but I didn't understand the weight of them until I became a mother.
My role as mama dramatically changed how I viewed photographs. Honestly, the first year of my sons life was a big blurry mess of baby snuggles and spit up that I don't remember very clearly thanks to hormones... By the time he turned one I realized I had nearly no photos of him and I during that time because I had been so focused on being present that I forgot to preserve. The time we get with our babies is so fleeting - I want to help you remember the way it all felt so that you don't forget the "good ole days" before you even realize you're in them.
